Loading a GLTF asset (mesh + texture) without ron file

I want to be able to load a mesh with attached texture by loading a GLTF file directly (and avoid a .ron file).

Has anybody seen a good example. I like the idea of saving as .glb as it minimises accessible game assets, but I don’t want the .ron file to be editable / visible.
