Non-fixed update FPS counter?

I tried to simply print the FPS using the FPSCounterSystem, but it seems even uncapping the FrameLimiter and disabling VSync in the display configs it’ll only print 60±1. I suppose it’s printing a fixed FPS, since there’s nothing else on the project to slow it down… Am I doing something wrong? Another doubt, are systems ran on fixed or normal update?
