Use of gltf prefab leading to extra entities

I was counting the number of entities in my game when I noticed I had way too many entities for the number of creatures I spawn. After some experimenting, I found out that when I use a prefab with a gltf scene on my creatures, each creature that I spawn adds 4 entities instead of 1. Does the gltf prefab create some entities in the background ?

And if yes, is there a way to avoid this ? These extra entities also have transform components. This means that the spatial hashing we use has 4 times as many entities inside as it should.
